North-West Bohemia [ Tourist Region ]
This tourism region known as North-West Bohemia ranks among the most remarkable regions of the Czech Republic due to its large number of historic sights and its natural beauty.
It extends over an area of the Krusne Mountains and their foot-hills, which is known as ”Podkrusnohori”, over the sandstone cliffs along the Labe (Elbe) River and over the Luzicka vrchovina and the Ceske stredohori Highlands, which features a rich natural environment and diverse landscape.
