Pržno municipality is situated in the picturesque valley of the Ostravice river in the foothills of the Beskydy mountains with the view of the highest mountain - Lysá hora (1.324 m).
Thanks to the construction of new family houses the population rises year by year. The municipality invests money for engineering, for purification works and a new drainage construction.
In a calm environment a new part of the municipality rises with 150 building lands. The municipality bought lands from the original proprietors in order to establish driveways and engineering networks. The information about the lands proprietors is provided by the municipal authority in Pržno. Prices at present day are from CZK 150 to 220 for m2.
